We are looking for a Barback to join our opening team at Night Rooster in Dallas, TX! Apply online.
What we are looking for:
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
- Fosters a positive work environment.
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
- Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
- Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff, and security personnel to ensure efficient service to all customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
- Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
